Very interesting knob where the top serif should be.

I turned it over and scanned in gray scale. Think this shows it off a ton better.

Coin is in pretty decent shape and I don't think it's post mint damage.

The doubling to the south looks more like junk than anything interesting.

On the top and to the NE is a possible 'D'

also a die break or post mint damage. but I could be wrong on this one , I am sure Chuck will be around shortly

Not sure about dimes, but I remember seeing this before. I think it's a normal punch.
