There's one for sale now on eBay-it ends tomorrow and it is certainly not a type 2 reverse-seller has 100% feedback rating, hmmm? I already sent him a couple questions-how often does this happen? Anyone follow that stuff?

Thank you. Right description, wrong photo. Thanks again.

I am just learning about these. Your coin appears to be a Type 1, not Type 2. It even says it on the label. I checked and it is not a Type 2 for sure. Maybe you need to adjust your description of it. If you want to see the difference please go here and it should make it clear.
Descriptions of the types - on ebay itself

There is also a strange mark where the mint mark would be...can't make it out? If it's just PMD it's sure a suspect spot?
