Hello, I found this coin at my grandmothers house.

On the second picture I put it next to a dime, it has a similar diameter.

Coin is of Russian Origin and primarily silver. probably Catherine as monarch. If genuine could prove to be quite valuable. I'll let the experts pitch in.

Russian Empire, 10 kopeks (also known as a "grivennik") 1784. NGC database page. Pay little attention to the prices listed there; Krause is notorious for undervaluing old Russian coins.
