raised field on the reverse by the eagles head. it goes under one ray and over the other? what caused this?

From the image provided it looks like damage to the coin.

Hi guys..I am NO expert but when I run this trough my program the parts with the YELLOW arrows shows it going over top of everything and the BLUE arrow shows it going underneath..Just my opinion.

The area in question to the right side of the breast of the eagle does appear interesting. Too bad it is damage. It might be die damage, a struck through or something else. A better close might help. I can tell if is is raised or incuse?

i see letters in the area above the shield could damage on the eagle be from strike through?

The last image shows me more. I see evidence of heavy polishing on the devices on the left side of the image. This Kennedy reverse keeps showing more the closer we look at it. Here is an overlay of where the clash devices might touch:

There is an ear from the obverse that may have cause the die damage. The being above and behind might be explained with this even. But the first time I've noticed this before. Something to make a mental note of on future clash finds. So if someone has a strong Kennedy clash, maybe they could post it?

found one on ebay no damage to eagle but verifaction all the same!! good find? future error variety or just a good keeper?
