Image Optimiser Not Working - Who Do You Tell?

I can upload a pic and resize it and the optimizer will tell me the new image is 75kB. Then I go to upload it to my post and it says that the file is over 100kB. I go through the resizing process and it then says the previous image is something like 120kB, and the new image is 35kB. Then I upload the new image to my post without problem, but it says that the file size is in reality 60kB. What is causing this? Thanks for your time! Report this Post to the Staff
