I just put this on ebay and wanted to make sure this is large letters
Also since it "seems" to be a scarce coin- I'm thinking of doing a buy it now but would like someone's expertise in grading so I can ask a fair buy it now price? What would you think is a fair buy it now price?

This is a small letters coin. The large letters has a massive die break through the eagles right wing (left side when viewing the coin) that is diagnostic of the large letters variety.

I think this would be a good candidate for a TPG to get the best return, but I know from your other posts that this is probably not an option.

It's a nice coin and worth a bit in any case.

How much would you say it is worth? What is the value difference between small and large lettering?

This link should help you.

I recommend that, before you sell it, make sure that it has not been cleaned. I don't think it has been, judging from the pictures, but making sure never hurts. As for a fair BIN price, I would say anything between $350 (numismedia) and $600 (PCGS). I would do cursory research in recently-completed ebay listings to get a better ballpark for its value.

It looks like mine is large date large letters. Doesn't it to you?
This coin sold this morning for $135.00 I hope the buyer is happy with his new addition. It certainly sold more than what the buyer was going to pay, so I can't complain. Moving on to selling more on line. Looks like I may need to extend auction duration on rare coins tho.

Susuman is correct:

Overton-101/R-2 (and it's LDS Overton-101a/R-1) are the only 1832 CBHs that are considered "Large Letters" on the reverse.

My 2015 RedBook shows no difference between the Large Letters and the Medium Letters reverse, price-wise.
