Why I started with the POly's is because for now they tend to be newer or crisper..especially if you ask for a good note when at banks..And also to do SlurE's thing of paying Face Value as well-..As the newer prefix's come out they are the crisp notes and HBG from Nov is ratty already..

Bills are like that I guess, once it gets put in a wallet that folds, you can't fix it even if you have a steamroller.

Most of the polymers I receive are pretty rotten, even those from the ATM. I'll ask them to replace my shabby bills with crisp ones next time.
