The STA and TES are out of alignment and the 1 is too close to the 186?

The very first coin I looked at, at Heritage, had those same features (PCGS AU58). As did the next 4. Guessing that's an argument in favor of the authenticity of the coin shown here.

Coin looks authentic but the 1 being so close to the 6 concerns me, it's also a weak strike, but an altered date doesn't make sense since the 1861 is the most common date in the 60's 3 cent silver series. Going by my gut I would still say that it's authentic.
