1947-S LWC w/Grease Filled Letters Possible RPM?

I found this today sorting through a nifty ziplock filled with goodies that was labled rpm's I see the grease filled letters. Is there a rpm there or is it just me?

On the OBV I am not sure it's grease filled,the rim looks affected too? RPM? Rev looks like a Greaser.Could it be a tapered planchet?
