There is 2006 and few others, why not 1979. I've never seen 1979 ear like this. thanks.

Any damage on the ear is thought to be a doubled ear, but the lobe is the normal size. A doubled ear should be larger and this is not the case on your coin. It is a normal size with some machine damage/circulation damage on it. Here are a few of the real deals:
