Can someone direct me to a site that may offer a list of halves with prices for Kennedy, Franklin and Walking Liberty.

If there is a site similar to coinsandcanada that would be awesome..

Thanks so much
Rest in Peace

One thing you could do that might take extra time but would be more indicative of the current market would be to go on ebay under the specific series of coin you're looking for. Then under that category search for the desired date and mint mark. Finally, on the left sidebar check the boxes for the grade you're looking at and the one that says "Sold" and it will list all of the sold listings for the coin you're looking for. Average out the prices and you're good to go! I do that sometimes now that my Coin World subscription has expired and I'm without Coin Values...

There certainly are a lot of mint marks.. This is going to be a large project. I will see if I cant get the nickle kennedys in a large lot. Should be able to get them a buck a piece or so.

ty rubles. I have been scouting out ebay.

Yes this method is definitely more time consuming, so I would recommend it mainly for the Walkers and Franklins. Depending on what grades you're shooting for in your collection, you can pick up most if not all Franklins, many common date Walkers, and the silver JFKs in lower graders for close to melt. I hope that helps! Good luck with your collection!

Yeah, frankly I find the numismedia prices to be all over the place. I track my own prices via ebay and GC, Stack's, Heritage, own company sales, etc. in a spreadsheet. PCGS Coin Facts is another useful site that links to a lot of real-world auction lots as well.

Good luck from another half dollar nut!

Best Regards,

George

You also may want to subscribe to the CDN (Coin Dealer Newsletter- or the greysheet) It gives the bid and ask prices for all U.S. coins.
