I just noticed that the order history on my RCM Rep-based account has been updated to February. For the longest time, the last order showing was from November 2013.  (Also posted on RFD)

Mine is completely messed up. I can't see four of the coins I ordered in the past few months. One coin is an extra $20 for $20. I know the are processing this because there is finally a hold on my credit card. A second one is a coin that I have been waiting for since 4/23/2014. I tweeted the RCM for statues on 5/20/2014 and I was assured I would get this in the next few weeks. I sent customer service an email, and indicated that if I didn't get an email with a tracking number on Monday, I am canceling all my orders and returning every coin I bought from them and will never buy another RCM coin fron any source. There are plenty other mints that make beautiful coins that don't have their horrible customer service.

Opera12mi, don't be worry about your missing orders. I learned they have two independent DBs: one is online for the end users and another is offline for internal use. And only two things are being sent to internal DB: creation and cancellation of orders. So, missing order in online DB after it was sent to internal doesn't mean anything. The fact is that customer reps can't even access to online DB to check what is going on with your order. Additionally, keep in mind that their answer about 2-4 weeks delay is just a standard answer. They have absolutely no idea when specific order will be shipped. A few days ago asked them about the status of my several orders. By mistake I included the order number for 'Winnipeg Ballet' coin. And guess what they've answered? Your coin will shipped within 2 to 4 weeks. :)

Thanks MTS. However, the missing coins were ordered online and did appear on my order list before. But guess what? This morning I checked, and -all my online orders are there. Go figure

It shows me as cancelling a $100 for $100 subscription. I can't remember ordering and I didn't even know their was a $100 for $100 subscription ?

WOW, I just called the mint, after looking at my online updates. I have 7 coins that shipped, including 3 I cancelled as I got them elsewhere. Boy am I in for a big credit card bill. However, my online status is up to date to end of may. It also seems the mint shipping department has been working hard too. I'm happy their online tracking is now working & updated. Just not happy all my coins are on one credit card bill.

One of the biggest problems the mint has is the inability to ship coins in a timely manner. It's fine to say well, don't worry you'll eventually receive all of the coins you ordered, bu this fails to take into consideration the customer's budget concerns.
So for example, a bunch of one's orders are delayed and then all of a sudden, they're shipped, resulting in a situation like pocket change 50 finds herself in ( large bill in one month).
This realization has resulted in me ordering fewer coins. I'm sure this is the case for many of you and so in the long run the mint loses sales.

With regard to updating my Order history page, I would give the mint a C-. Old orders which I received months ago still show as Processing My D-Day anniversary coin shows as Shipped (on June 6 no less)  but there is no tracking number as has been the case for all of my orders for the last several years.

NuMoosematist, I think the tracking number will show up Monday. I have similar situation with one of my coins - it shows as shipped on June 6, but no tracking number.
