Thank you . How can you tell if it has been cleaned or polished ? I was wondering all the chatter on the obverse are bag marks .

Those are definitely not bad marks, a bag mark is very slight and almost un-noticable to the untrained eye. Anyway, these coins didn't have bag marks because they were never stored in "bags". Someone took a wirebrush or something pretty harsh to this coin and scraped it over. Those gouges are deep and the damage is substantial. If you're considering buying it I would strongly advise against it. In this grade maybe worth 30% of list or even close to spot whichever is lower.

That make sense. I didn't pay much for this and got from a local coin show .
