I was dumb and said it was a War Nickel had them on my mind when I posted this.

t's not a War Nickel. I could tell you the dates but the easiest way to identify a War Nickel is that the mint mark is above the dome on the reverse. The mint mark is also huge compared to any you have ever seen.

Whether that is a lamination or cracked die, I will let the pros tell you. Interestingly, almost all my War Nickels have classic lamination errors (that don't look like your coin).
