OcalaFlorida Pillar of the Community United States 2824 Posts	Posted 06/07/2014 3:19 pm 1983-P Off Center Washington Quarter Fun morning hit up 3 flea markets this morning straight to the junk bin...I got the 1983-p and a 1980-p $15 for the 2 off them. I'm wondering if we're looking at a die attrition error in this area. Could you provide a close-up of the date and the area around it? Thanks. Error coin writer and researcher.
