I am a little confused. Are you asking if it is a DDO or a RPM? I see no DDO and maybe a RPM with damage on the MM.

The left side of the"D" is damaged. There is something on the upper right that might be a die scratch,gouge,chip (can't tell from the photo). What ever it is it does not look like part of a second "D".
