10 Pfennig Strange Front And 12 Heller 1794 Several Struck

Ive got an 10 pfennig from 1894 mintmark G = Karlsruhe
mintage 200.000 and one of the less common coins of this type. However on the front it looks like some kind of error struck. Hard to do this with normal tools I guess? I am wondering if someone could tell me more about this and if it is rare or just some post mintage damage.

The second coin is an 12 heller 1792. If you look it got several overstrikes. The last digit of 2? reverse. And some others. Are there similair types of this one? And is het overstruck on an particulair coin?
