Anyone else keep maundy oddments?

I'm starting to get a fondness for this stuff.

Heres one of a few I have.

I once had a nice collection of Maundy, but sold it, thinking that "I couldn't keep everything".

I miss them!

GO FOR IT!

Nice little coin, I have some maundy sets, and some oddments as well. Nothing as old as James II tho. George III 1762 threepence is my oldest I think, I really like the maundy penny's they are so tiny.. Do you know if they were accepted as legal tender back in the day?

Worth face value? Of course! All Maundy money is still legal tender (and because of the fact that the old silver 3ds were indistinguishable from those year's maundy coinage, they remain legal tender too). Get 5 of these together and pop to the cornershop for a freddo.
