Very nice die cracks. Who knows they may have eventually have developed into die breaks.

IMO it's a keeper.
Get an 1863 for your collection and set this aside with your "special" coins.

And if it's not yours I personally thank you for taking the time to post the image so that we can at least see it.

Nice double retained die break - not listed in The Cud Book.

thank kanga. nope its mine and my Indian album is only error coins and I have started a second for full liberty 2 diamond + but both are kind of empty as its hard to find either (within my budget)

I'm not convinced they are Retained Cuds. I still think they are just die cracks.

but this die was very close to producing full Cuds and disintegrating. Very nice die cracks, thick and long, but not Cuds, almost, but not quite. Would make for a nice collection if you could find all the various die states from clean to the cracks beginning to form, to this state, then finally the Cuds, where there is no design left in the cracked areas.
