Might be AU Details but I'd go with XF Details - Rim Damage and worth a small premium over melt value. This piece sold for almost exactly double melt value and whoever bought it (if they pay) got burned very badly. A retail value estimate for that coin today would be $700 to $800 at auction. This first-year issue is always in demand as a type coin which pushes the price higher, at least for problem-free examples.
