Not many other people of note can claim that distinction. 200 billion is a lot of stamps. With all due respect, has JC Ist ever been depicted on a stamp, just his head? Usually only historically, more often than not with his mother also. The first depiction I am aware of of Elizabeth on a piece of money was on the Bank of Canada $20 from 1935 when she was just Princess Elizabeth, and not even next in line to the throne, her Uncle David, aka King Edward VIII was. So Elizabeth has been on money beginning in 1935 which makes now 72 years. Report this Post to the Staff

Bavarian Thalers from the 17th-19th century etc. Unlike having a monarch on stamps or coins, some Christian beliefs are against having graven imagery of their worshiped one on evil things like money etc. So for that reason IMHO there will be far more images of HRH QEII on money etc. than images of JC.
