Is $8 for a 2014-S Clad NGC PRF69 a good price?
Thanks,
John1

I would be quite shocked if you're asking that to buy one.

If selling, probably does seem alright.

I seen it on the bay for that price. I am very surprised at the low prices for the 2014-S in clad and in silver, what gives? It's the 50th anniversary.

They're the same looking coins, So why pay more?

Not only those are selling cheap, Gold been close to melt value
for the classic gold. I missed out on a Ten dollar Eagle PCGS-AU-58 for 750 and 10% back....
Forgot to make my bid.

I just thought that since it's the 50th anniversary and that it's slabbed they would be selling for more then they are.

I have seen some crazy low prices lately...I wonder with the price of silver and gold if people are losing interest a little bit?

why pay $8.00 for a non-silver coin when you can get them by the role from the mint? You are sure to find a 69 or 70 in one of those.
I can't understand paying for slabbed moderns.

I think @stampvirgin misunderstood. We're talking about proofs.
If you can buy a roll for 8 dollars, let me know where!

@John, The only people who would pay the extra are newbies or people who like the labels,
I would never pay extra for a label....

I would just buy the whole proof set.

I'm holding out this year for the 2014 Limited Edition Proof Set for the Kennedy and whatever Commemorative set they decide to issue.

Hopefully the Mint will have the holder quality control issue resolved by then.

Regardless of the mistake, the odds of finding a 69 in aroll from the mint are miniscule.I have yet to find on in a mint roll that would go more than 68. High grade coins tend to come from mint sets.

And eight bucks is a fair price for a PF69.
