Looks plenty shiny but I see no cartwheel, maybe it's the poor lighting.

Looks cleaned to me, unless it's the picture.

The coins looks off... Beauty for sure but there are breaks in luster all over and there is a lot of pitting of the dies and the fields. This is probably a replica. Or just bad pictures.

Take some pics in more natural light. Hard to tell if its polished. Looks like some swirl lines on the reverse which could be from polishing. The wings and eagle body are also showing signs
