Look, I get it that this seller is being up front, but regardless the item is counterfeit. It simply ought not to be allowed to be sold, and as I see it, ebay is complicit in the fraud this item represents for permitting it to be listed and thus serving as the vehicle for its distribution.

as soon as ebay takes the fees from sales, i.e. getting some share of the sale of fakes it should be obliged to take serious actions against the sellers of fakes, like brlocking via IP, making the penalty fees, etc, etc.

I bought one fake liberta recently and returned it ... the weight was off 3 gr.
