It is called "heavy embossing" or something rather and is preferred for collectors of gem uncirculated bills but probably no premium if any would be given only because of it. I'm not even sure of anyone who collects such a feature. I guess I do since I have 4 of them but I wouldn't see myself paying much over face for the feature.
