hi, I thought I would put this one up to see what you think.
it weighs out at 2.4 grams , so it is not alot under the spec of 2.5. well let me know what you think.

I have found one as a 1991, very similar, I believe its the Zinc Core with no copper plating.

The pitting makes me suspicious. It looks a bit like a zincoln I electrolysis off the copper plating.
Or it might also be an acid coin. Is the diameter smaller and is the thickness less?

As SlurExe97 pointed out, the pitting is a tell-tale sign of PMD, usually an acid bath is the culprit. I have included a picture of a true un-plated cent for you to compare. I hope this helps:
