The Roosevelt dime, might be either a MAD or an off-center strike. Does the reverse look like the obverse? (Are both sides off-center like that?) If so, you've got an off-center strike; if not, a mis-aligned die strike. Both aren't worth much over face unless they're major or old. Cool find, but nothing all that rare, I've found a few MAD dimes over the past year.
