A good price is one you feel good paying for it. If you feel good paying $90 and could see it in your collection without regretting paying that for it, then snatch it up IMHO.

However, this is very general advice. I am not versed on the numismatic values of American coins, so I'll let an expert step in on that issue.

Yes, too price IMO. I would pay close to $60, but that's just me. But like Bob said, it's what you want to pay.

You could find a better deal elsewhere.

I have purchased 3 MS-65 WLH(one CAC) in the recent month.
price from $85 to $100.
When I get to 250th post I will have some MS62 WLF on sale for under $35.

To each their own... I might pay $90 for a CAC'ed one with good eye appeal. No way I'm paying $90 for a plain-jane NGC 64.

If nothing else, it is a good learning experience.

Of course, you won't be losing very much if you pay $20-$40 over market price for the coin if you REALLY like it. Maybe the toning is nice, maybe undergraded, or maybe the most blast-white and lustrous WLH you've ever seen. I would pay extra for any of those.

Depends on the eye appeal. Personally, eye appeal is one the top things I am looking for on a coin I am about to buy. I think that you should not buy a coin if it does not look good in your collection.
