After almost 1 million coins, I think I found my first Henning.

The weight is 5.2 grams.
The looped R on the reverse is characteristic.
The letters are broader compared to regular 1946 and the top portion of some letters are missing.
The field is very rough.
The area above "IN GOD WE TRUST" filled with extra material;

The letters "TATES OF AMERICA" on reverse look doubled to me. Anyone has another 1946 Henning can chime in about this?

Looks like a Henning to me because of the R with the loop. Also, you've got an amazing signature too. I'm sure you've seen so many things after almost a million coins. Impressive on everything. Congrats.

what is this loop R? I have been looking all over and the tiny pictures I cant make out a thing. should I check the roll of 1940s nickel I have found to see if I got one or would it be wasting my time?

The "R" in the "E PLURIBUS" on reverse. The leg of "R"
has a loop. You should check 1939, 1946, 1947, and 1953.
