IMO not enough rotation to be significant.

I think the rotation is awesome but fairly common, if I'm not mistaken it has a die crack below the bust as well?

I have two 1951 PL dollars that this rotation is important to. One doesn't have the rotation but I believe was struck after the rotation was corrected. The other has the rotation and struck with same obverse die.

Coin Scavenger...Your coin is rotated 21.40 degrees...Better than 15 degrees...Some premium for it.

Zonad, what part of the reverse clashed to form Pinocchio's nose? In proper alignment the vertical portion of the aboriginals arm should appear there.
"Dipping" is not considered cleaning...

I think the clash happened when the die was rotated. Possibly part of canoe. Then die was corrected, this coin and possibly other others were struck and then the clash may have been polished out.
