Indian1 Pillar of the Community United States 3640 Posts	Posted 06/25/2014 9:06 pm Poll Question There are 4 different armored carrier companies in my city and adjacent local towns that p/u and deliver to all of the banks and credit unions. loomis, brinks, dunbar and garda. Have hit a dead end on any finds recently in boxes from loomis and dunbar. I know all of the banks that use them both. Brinks and garda I have not checked lately. Anyone else finding ziltch from loomis and dunbar ? Wondering if they are on to any silver now and are not rolling it. Curious if different in your part of the country on these carriers. I'm in Mass. coinsrus1000 Valued Member United States 309 Posts	Posted 06/25/2014 9:21 pm its been 65 boxes since I have seen a 90% mostly loomis and garda but here and there I get a 40% I am just keeping on searching to see if I can get lucky..like the lottery you have to in it to win it.... The armored companies or couriers are not in business to pull silver coin, especially now with low silver prices. They make their money picking up, rolling, and re-distributing coin. Some will say they talked to a courier, or they know a friend that has cousin who's neighbor works for a carrier, and that they pick silver. Or that they hire teens in the summer to sit around a huge hopper and pull 90% silver - ha ha! When I listen to LED ZEPPELIN...so do my neighbors...
