this coin has a interesting device in the mintmark perhaps a RPM?

Looks like RPM-002 but a proof..thoughts?

It may be a DDO been studyin it closer looks possible!!

Looks like the rpm#2 minus all the die scratches....some of the DDO I think 5 and 7 for that year have same ball serif thing on the mint mark like the rpm#2 there is also a lot of Strike Doubling that year.

That is part of a damaged punch. Note the 002 on coppercoins shows this as well. But 002 is a business strike coin and the RPM is to the west. Your coin is a proof cent.
