Heyguys!! I just found this 2000 p New Hampshire quarter. Its like all the lettering on it is doubles and all pushed togather,I don't know what's happen to it any suggestions what's caused this.thanks in advance for looking and commenting is it a weak strike or just something else. Once again any help is appreciated.

I'm not sure the whole front in the lettering is like this and also the back the coin is very strange looking deff a cool find any other thought to it guys
