when I first found this I was certain it was a Late Stage Die Cap, which is funny because I just had a conversation with Rackster and John1 about the rarity of these this morning: https://goccf.com/t/180728 .

However, after further review I am not 100% sure. I would appreciate any guesses, opinions, or comments. Thanks!

Note: If you find it hard to believe I found all 3 of these in one handful, that's okay, I hardly believe it myself and it happened to me!

Kinda looks like a struck through cloth. I can see a thread pattern. Cool coin !

I'd say judging by the rim struck through die cap. Also say judging by the reverse a 1989 or could it is possibly be 1988 RDV can't make out last digit on the obverse, but leaning more towards a 9 by current pic. Thanks, Doug.

The coin that you provided images of was struck through a late-stage die cap. It is therefore a generic capped die strike.
Error coin writer and researcher.
