It's called a 'crested helmet,' and several Greek places minted coins with them, although I usually associate it with Pontus and the Seleucids.

try barking up the Phrygia tree...I saw some coins very similar to your with a quick search.

Thanks chrsmt but I am at the point of sticking this under "unattributed". I have looked all over the place and found nothing. Especially nothing left facing. Most of the coins found with the rider holding a spear are silver. I found this one bronze and the quality of the coin makes mine look like toy town money!

My coin appears to have the letters BN above the horses head. There seems to be something behind the rider's head. There are possibly some letters below the horse, but I can't make much out.
