I found this un-attributed on ebay, the seller's pictures were crappy so I wasn't 100% sure but - for $9.50 I took a chance.

nice honest color & clearly visable 8 under the 3.

the 3 under the 8 isn't visable, I'm not sure if this is a variety or just due to the strike/die state. there is also a second die chip under george's chin. again not sure if this makes it a different variety or if it is typical (hoping colonialjohn chimes in!)

This appears to be Charlton NS-3D1 which unfortunately
is one of the more common of the over-date varieties.

These were poorly struck. The design elements are consistent
with a grade of VF, but the rim bumps hurt.
