I picked this up for the Dansco 7070. This is my first Barber half above VG. I see a few marks on the cheek, but the fields are very nice. There are some very nice pastel colors and the coin is quite lustrous. What do you think? I picked up a nice 1859 Seated quarter from the same guy that will be posted soon.

That's one heck of a jump from VG. AU58 would be my grade.

She's quite a beaut! And a very valuable one at that. I can't see any wear, so I say MS-63/64. Lovely eye candy, thanks for sharing!

When I clicked on the post, I was expecting a VG coin.
Rest in Peace

Oh my....I would say MS-62. Too much luster in the fields for AU, but cabinet friction on the devices hold it back. My Barber dime is MS62 and demonstrates this.

That`s a beauty! Just a touch of wear, I`d say AU-58.

Fantastic coin! Not really familiar with the series but I'll guestimate at MS-62.

Man I'm liking this. At least MS62. Solid strike. Nice luster. Nice eye appeal. I'm all over this. Great pickup
