What kind of errors on these coins?
The first coin is 1955 P cent, second is 1995 P cent, third is 1982 D cent, and last is the 1969 S cent.

#1. Die Deterioration
#2 PMD
#3. I would say someone stripped the plating off or environmental damage but it looks the same color as the 1995 so I am not sure what you see that looks odd. Its best to describe what you see as odd on your coin.
#4 I don't see anything

Edit: Oops I missed one. (which is why its best to have a separate thread for each one)

So the second coin is a product after the coin was minted? Because it don't have that copper look and it is wider then other pennies. Also, I thought with the 1969 S cent, it shows some kind of doubling around the bottom of Lincoln and the "B" of Liberty. Thanks for your help.

The bottom of the B is most likely just Machine Doubling or it could have taken a hit from another coin. True doubled dies are not shelf like in appearance and will usually be seen on more than one letter/number/etc...

The one that looks melted is just a melted coin. It will not have the copper look because it is a zinc penny with a copper plating that most likely melted away in the fire.

A forum member named "Coop" put together an excellent educational DVD that shows exactly what is and isn't considered an error. I would recommend getting a copy if you can. The pictures he keeps on file are excellent learning tools.
