If the $5 coins have already been rejected for the 1/10th ounce gold eagle why are they still be bandied about as original drawings. Once a submissions has been rejected it should be rejected forever.

#1 - 7 look like rejected coin drawing for a commerative coin.
#12 reminds me of a dove and not an eagle


That being said if they are still looking to revise the ASE # 25 looks appealing to me.

They weren't rejected for the 1/10 oz gold eagles, they were rejected for various commemorative half eagles. For example 39, 40, and 41 were rejects from the US Marshalls program for the half eagle coin.
