stampvirgin - 2007, unlike 2008 dollars, do not have a dot between the mint mark and EPU.

Just slippage of the coin during the edge lettering, very common and in my personal opinion not worth fooling with.

Although I do not find this error appealing, some do collect it. I'm not sure that it is recognized by the grading companies until the lettering is overlapped, and at that point it is attributed as overlapped edge lettering.

I have seen these sell for quite the premium, and was actually able to sell a raw example about a year ago for about $35. I didn't think it was worth that much and was pleasantly surprised.
