I ran that note trough my program and really don't see any traces of a serial number being removed..I think it is legit...in my opinion.

Anytime I see these missing serial number notes and they look washed and beat up makes me suspect they're phoney.

twoplustwo...The software is called Gwyddion...It is a FREE program to download and is even available to you guys that use Windows.

I would still be suspicious. I would think that something like that is very rare and would have it certified and appraised first before trying to sell it. Your program sounds interesting wert, I'll go take a look.
