Looks like a Follis of the Emperor Justin II and his wife Sophia from the Nicomedia mint, year 10 (574-575 AD) first officinae. Sear number 369.

A very nice coin. Grading for Byzantine bronze is a great looser than most types. It would probably get a VF at the least. As far as 'value' goes that is subjective. Sell it on ebay and without an established clientele you might get $25. Try to buy one from a dealer probably closer to $50 and up !
