Basically "VOTIS / XXX / MVLTI / XXXX" equates to "Prayers for the 30th year of reign and for the 40th year to come"

so I assume the coin was minted in the late years of his reign? Am I right? But he didn't reach the 30th anniv...

I think it goes from his "reign" as Caesar in 324 AD (as well as being an Emperor, from 337 AD).
