A lot of emperor descriptions begin with AVG and than the name; usually continues at the right side of the head

Should it have a mintmark on reverse?

man, I don't know..i really can't read much. ski has a good guess though. the mint mark would be under that deposit/corrosion at 7 o'clock on the reverse.

I can read the name CONSTANTIVS - so it is Constantius II. The reverse is a votive wreath - a promise to the people. It reads VOT XX MVLT XXX. Some cleaning would reveal the mint mark
