I have a 1960 proof set in the original envelope with an original signature on the outside of the envelope from "Rae V Biester", "Superintendent", "May 2, 1960".

I actually have a couple of them, but none of my other proof sets have signatures.

What's this all about? It this rare or can it command a premium price?

She became mint super in 1958. I guess there would be some sort opf premkium to the right collector. I wouldn't sell them all, yet.

to CCF. If you can verify that the signature is genuine then I would think there would be an additional premium.
