I got these 4 today for their face value. They are uncirculated. Should I sell on ebay or spend?

Are they STAR notes?

The pics are really fuzzy

The ebay and Paypal fees kill about any profit to be made.

They might have a premium if you sold them in one lot and say they are consecutive STAR Notes.

They come from a run of 3,200,000 which isn't a low print run.

I'd spend them as $80 is a lot to tie up at one time.

Here's a sold listing on ebay of three consecutive $20 star notes. There's a small market for them, but is it really worth the time to list and sell them?

If I did the math correctly the seller made $11.xx on the lot. Minus the shipping.

AOMT === The bidder "looked like" he bid the lot more than once, to cover "SNIPERS?"

Seller listed the lot at $80.00 to start. Too bad there was not more bidders.

Where did you get the four notes?

Can you get more?

If I could get them at will I would load the boat.

Ah ......... they will always be worth $20

Same reason I try to get bank bags of Ikes. Never lost a cent on any of my MIGHTY IKES

FYI, a dealer has 420's in brand new conseq packs of 100 for $2595. 2004a and 1996 issues. So really not much premium even in packs of 100 -- and that's full retail.

I'd hold onto them for awhile and then sell privately. No fees that way. If you can find more like this I'd get as many as you can afford.
