One of my contacts at a convenience store turned up this 1934C Federal Reserve Note. They seem to be worth a little more than silver certs. Anyone have a ballpark figure of what it should be worth? I will be buying this one, and am just lookign for a fair price to pay someone and not rip her off, but not overpay. we both make out on the deal. Have a good relationship with this person. Thanks!!

I think about $8.50 is a fair price.

Book value says $20 in VF condition and your bill is obviously in a lower grade than that so I think $15 for both seems reasonable.

Melt on the half was a little over $7.50 , so 7.50 for the bill seems right. I will get a better pic now that I gave it in hand.
