If you mean the little spot between D in United and the S in States, then have to say no. If its something else, then you have to point it out cause I don't see it either.

Oh shoot, I'm sorry guys. This is a 1994. I was wondering about that double deal and if this was one. I'm sure it's not, though. What's the best way to tell if you really have ?one

Look at Patricks coin and on the right side of the Bldg you will see in the center of the last bay is what looks like another column. it is a double die. it is a column.
die cracks and breaks are not considered errors that are normal for the die to crack and break after pounding down on so many planchets it is bound to happen. an error is a double die of any kind an off center a mule anything that was not meant to be.
