i am pretty sure I got an rpm here. doesn't match up on coppercoins, but there are a couple without photos. Is this an rpm?

Maybe, but it looks like PMD on the lower serif. These 80s coins are difficult to identify for me. Power quality most of the time and the vertical bar is always tapered for some reason. The profile seems to be intact but the upper relief has the taper. It could be from a well placed hit.

Looks like coin wrapper damage. Look at the "6" in the date.
