Not a DDO. The thicker looking IGWT might be Grease Filled Die or just wear.

Thanks bud-that's new for me....didn't know the grease filled can cause extra large/fattened letters?and the doubling in that 1 is just wear ya think?

Slamn - take a look at a few 1983 LMC reverses. It's a good year to see the impact of grease on flatness/thickness of a device. There are many latter LMCs where the reverse details (i.e. USA) are flat and wide but since the RDV for the 1983 incorporated narrower font, it might present as a better reference on the impact of Grease Filled Dies.
